Our products have a two-year warranty if the products are handled properly. Complaints that cannot be blamed on the seller are not covered by the warranty and will not be reimbursed. For example:
- Wear of soles and heels
- Bald noses
- Emission of materials
- Broken zippers due to wear or improper use
- Wear of linings due to excessive perspiration
