How can I return a product?
1. If you decide to return the order, please return the product(s) unworn and in their original packages and attached labels. You are free to try out the products for size.
2. Circle the reason for returning the order on the return form.
3. Make sure the parcel is properly sealed and add thereturn label which is added in the box.
4. Register your return via this link. You will be asked if the package is smaller than 80x50 cm, fill in YES. You will be asked to fill in the weight of your package, fill in 1. Fill in your order number at reference.
5. After clicking on next you can print a label. Stick this on the box before you bring the parcel to the Parcel point.
6. You only receive one return label per order. If you later decide that you want to return an additional item, you can send it back at your own expense to: Mexx Industries BV/Fresh BV, Nieuwhuisweg 20 DC3, 5804 AN Venray, the Netherlands.
7. You will receive proof of return from DHL either at the servicepoint or via mail. It is important to keep your return ticket until your return has been processed.
If you decide to return the package in any another way, the costs will be for your own account.
I did not receive a return form. What now?
Please contact our customer service department. Please have your order number on hand. They will send you a label via email.
What is the return period?
You have the option to return your order within 14 business days of receiving your order. Make sure that the products are returned unworn, undamaged and with the attached labels and packaging. Of course without make-up stains.
How long does it take before I receive a refund of my return?
You will receive the amount paid in your bank account within 14 days after your return, provided that we received the return.
Are the return costs at your own expense?
Yes: we charge a return fee of €4.95. These costs will be deducted from your return payment. The shipping box contains a return form that describes exactly how you can easily return the item(s) using the return label and shipping label provided.
Can I exchange my items?
Unfortunately, exchanging items via the webshop is not possible. Do you prefer another size or color? We advise you to return your current order and place a new order.
Can I add multiple orders in a single return?
It is not possible to add and return multiple orders in one package.
How to return with Fashioncheque?
If you have paid for your order (partially) with a Fashioncheque, we will refund the amount to that card. Therefore, please keep your Fashioncheque safe after placing your order. If you have paid for your order with a Fashioncheque combined with another payment method, the paid amount will be refunded to each used payment method.
