Order information

1. If you wish to order a product, first select the desired size, colour, and number.
2. Place the product in your shopping cart via the button 'add to cart'.
3. When you are done shopping, click on the shopping cart in the top right corner of the screen. You will then see an overview of your order and can adjust the cart if necessary.
4. Via the button 'proceed to checkout', you can complete the ordering process. First, you will be asked to fill in your details. If you already have an account, you can enter your email address and password. If this is your first order, you can either create a new account or proceed without an account. If you create an account, you won't need to fill out your address and other details during your next visits. If you proceed without creating an account, your details will only be used for this order and they won't be filed. At the bottom of the page, choose the desired delivery method.
5. Then click on the button 'Next'. You will then go to the 'Review & payments' section. You can also enter your discount code here. Then choose the desired payment method. You will get an overview of your order on the right side of your screen. When you have checked this, you can start the payment.

1. iDEAL: With iDEAL, you pay safely and easily via your own bank. You are automatically redirected to your online banking environment and follow the same steps as when doing online banking. The payment is confirmed and processed immediately.
2. Credit card: If you hold a card from one of the following providers, you can pay by credit card: Mastercard, Visa or American Express. No registration is required, and your details are transmitted securely but not stored.
3. PayPal: When paying with PayPal, you don’t have to enter your financial information each time and you benefit from PayPal’s purchase protection for shippable goods.
4. Bancontact: With Bancontact, you pay safely and easily online via your Belgian bank. Your payment is processed immediately so we can handle your order right away. Bancontact is the most widely used payment method in Belgium and guarantees reliable and fast processing.
5. Sofort banking (Klarna): With SOFORT Banking, you pay securely and conveniently online via your own banking environment. This Klarna payment method is popular in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The payment is processed securely and usually confirmed immediately so we can process your order quickly.
6. Fashioncheque: You can pay (part of) your order with a Fashioncheque. Up to €50 of your Fashioncheque balance can be used online. The remaining amount can be paid using one of the other payment methods, except Riverty.

Yes, if you live outside the EU, you can claim a refund of the VAT amount of your order. Download the tax-free form here, complete it and send it to vatfree.com.

You should always receive an order confirmation. It is possible that the email ended up in your junk mail. Please make sure you check your junk mail first. When the email is not there, please contact us. The shipping confirmation is sent no later than the morning of the delivery day. If you did not received an email on the delivery day please contact our customer service by: customersupport@mexx.com.

At this moment we only ship regular products to The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Do you live in another country and would you like to order? At this moment it is not possible for us to process these requests. We hope to offer this in the near future.

You can enter your discount code in your cart on the payment page. Enter the discount code at "Apply discount code". You can use one discount code per order.
