These promotional terms and conditions apply to the "Win a Kona E-bike" campaign, organized by Mexx Fashion B.V. (operating under the brand name 'Mexx'), located at James Wattlaan 7, 5151 DP Drunen, the Netherlands.

Campaign Details

Between May 28 and June 15, participants will have the chance to win a Kona E-bike during the email campaign. Mexx will give away one bicycle with a retail value of €2,000. To participate, entrants must subscribe to the newsletter. The giveaway starts on Monday, May 28 and ends on Monday, June 15. The winner will be announced by email on June 15.

Prize

The winner will receive a Kona E-bike worth €2,000. The winner is responsible for collecting the bicycle themselves. The E-bike must be collected from the following address:

Collection can be arranged with the Mexx team during regular office hours on a mutually agreed date and time. Transportation to and from the Mexx headquarters, as well as arranging a bike rack and/or trailer if needed, is entirely the responsibility of the winner and will be at their own risk and expense. The winner accepts the bicycle in its current condition as provided. By participating in the giveaway, the winner agrees that photos and/or videos may be taken during the collection of the prize, and that this material may be used by Mexx on its social media channels.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected randomly and impartially. The winner will be contacted by email on June 15, 2026. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours after the email has been sent, the winner will be contacted by phone. If there is still no response, the right to the prize will expire and Mexx will select a new winner. Participants are therefore advised to check their spam or junk mail folders regularly. No correspondence can be entered into regarding the outcome of the campaign.

Participation Conditions

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and over; Participants must provide a telephone number and email address through which the winner can be contacted; Employees of Mexx and their immediate family members are excluded from participation; The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers and is non-transferable; Participants who are not selected as winners will not receive separate notification.

Mexx will process personal data solely for the purposes of this giveaway and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. The winner may be asked to participate in promotional activities related to the giveaway without any entitlement to compensation.

Miscellaneous

Mexx reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the giveaway prematurely at any time, without stating reasons and without prior notice. Dutch law applies to this giveaway. Any disputes arising from this campaign will be submitted to the competent court in Oost-Brabant, location 's-Hertogenbosch. By participating in this giveaway, participants confirm that they agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that they have read and accepted their contents.
